This is what happens when I call customer service. I had to see a funny side of it.

I saw it first a year ago. I was going to post it back when I posted the tech support with animals but found that one to be hilarious.
There are some new stuff on spoilers from the Christmas episode of Dr Who. I just wish we got to see it on Christmas, too! Jayne gets to have all the fun!
